At Kettler, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home and garden furniture. If your purchase isn't the perfect fit, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Item

  Ensure the product is in its original condition and securely packed in the original packaging, including all assembly tools and instruction manuals.

• 3.
  Schedule a Collection

  For large furniture items, we will coordinate a professional courier pickup from your home; for smaller accessories, a prepaid shipping label will be provided.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
